It is mentioned that the existing stone walls and flying bridge should be conserved. Can those heritage be partially modified (i.e. the metal railing that appears to be added at a later stage) or the full extent needs to be preserved? If partial modification is allowed, it can be done to what extent?
The participants can decide the extent of modification on their own to fulfil the objectives and design requirement in the competition brief.
