Is there a minimum greenery ratio (or target landscape area) for the competition site? Can the “greenery ratio” at the competition site be viewed as a stand alone figure or can it be viewed in conjunction with the rest of the park?

There is no minimum greenery ratio requirement for the competition. Participants can propose the landscape area to fulfil the objectives and design requirement in the competition brief. For reference purpose, government buildings shall fulfil a minimum of 30% greenery ratio. Participants are also suggested to make reference to the tree survey information and the requirement for the existing mature trees clause 8.1.4.2 in the brief.
